DKP6 – Double Saw Blade Angle Saw

 

The Double Saw Blade Angle Saw DKP6 makes use of the latest construction features of rectangular cutting mechanism.

 

With two saw blades across each other, when appropriate saw-cuts are required, the saw enables cutting in both directions, what considerably increases the saw cutting capacity.


A new sawing mechanism ensures maximal saw-cut dimensions of 21x21cm.

 

The saw blades from 400 to 550 mm in diameter increase the saw-cut assortment. It enables the customer to cut small blocks, carpenter lumber, radial lumber or precious wood.

With DKP6, when using the saw blade of 550 mm in diameter, you can easily manage to cut all assortment of building timber, too.

For the double saw blade angle saw DKP6, the excellent surface quality and cut dimension accuracy are a must.

 

Two powerful 22 kW electric motors, solid construction of a cutting mechanism as well as of a whole cutting unit, accurate dimension setting and solid clamping frame guarantee reliable and successful usage of this saw also in a heavy operating conditions.

 

High shift capacity can be reached already when the standard saw models are used.

 

Hydraulic log positioning (log loading, clamping, turning, adjusting and cantering) not only makes the log handling smoother, but also leads to higher yielding and increased shift capacity.
